Toscano Salami

Toscano Chub Salami is made with premium pork raised without antibiotics and fennel pollen which is renowned for bringing out a sweet complexity in the meat. This unique and delicious salami will be well at home on a cheese plate loaded with almonds, bright dried fruits like figs and apricots and mellow white cheeses. Slow-cured and 100% gluten-free. Traditional salamis are wrapped in a white, powdery edible-mold casing similar to what you would find on fine cheeses. This type of mold helps cure the salami and protect it against spoilage. We do recommend removing the casing before consuming, however, it is completely safe to eat.

NOTE: You can tell if salami is spoiled by its smell and appearance. Particularly a slimy surface or pungent odor are common signs that the product should be discarded.
