Pecan Meal

Pecan meal is also known as pecan flour and is a delicious way to add the rich and hearty flavor of pecan to savory and sweet recipes. Add pecan meal into pie crust to add a nutty, buttery element to a sweet potato, pumpkin or apple pie. Imbue a bread recipe with density and complexity by substituting some pecan flour for regular wheat flour. Pecan meal also works as a coating for fish and chicken.
