Organic Calrose rice is used to make the finest organic white rice flour. White rice flour is freshly and finely ground from premium California white rice. This type of flour is ideal for making Eastern-style dumplings or coating fish for frying. Rice flour is also a staple for any gluten-free household’s pantry.
