Organic Oat Bran

Organic Oat Bran makes a delicious and fiber packed breakfast cereal. Milled from the oat groats, this oat bran contains more of the bran layer than what would typically be found in rolled oat flakes or steel cut oats.

Directions: 2 cups water, 1/4tsp salt, 2/3 cup oat bran. Bring water and salt to a boil. Stir in Oat bran cereal and cook approximately 2 minutes.

Microwave instructions: Combine ingredients in bowl and microwave 2 minutes.

There are approximately 4 3/4 cups per pound.
