Mochi Rice Cakes (Rainbow)

Mochi rice cakes are a sweet Asian dessert treat, now in rainbow colors. A soft and chewy texture, these rice cakes will disappear before you know it. Eat them by themselves, or use them as a topping in your ice cream or cereal.

Similar to mochi used in Korean frozen yogurt shops like PinkBerry, Red Mango, and Yogen Fruz.

How to Store Mochi

Short-term (1-2 days): Keep in an airtight container or plastic bag at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Long-term (Up to 3 months): Wrap individual pieces in plastic wrap, then place them in a freezer-safe bag or container to prevent freezer burn.
