Goodnow Farms Boyaca 73%

A new cacao fermentation facility in the town of San Pablo de Borbur allows farmers to produce these exceptionally high-quality fine flavor beans. As with all Goodnow Farms' bars, they craft this with their own cocoa butter, which is pressed from the same Boyaca beans used to make the bar.

The flavor profile is toasted marshmallow, graham cracker and honey – think s’mores.
