Gluten-Free Oat Flour

Oat-rageously gluten-free! Whole grain, Gluten-Free Oat Flour is freshly milled from whole grain oat groats, and includes all the nutritious germ, bran and endosperm; nothing added, nothing extracted. Oat flour has a subtle, sweet whole grain flavor. You can also use oat flour as a thickener or for breading. Use it to replace up to 20% of the wheat flour called for in a conventional recipe. Use Gluten-Free Oat Flour to make pancake mix (our favorite!), moist oatmeal cookies, hearty biscuits or wholesome bread.
