Freeze-Dried Sweet Corn

Simply sweet corn is freeze-dried sweet corn. There is absolutely nothing added to it. It is naturally sweet and delicious. Great as a snack to munch on, or to even mix in soups and salads. Picture the best corn on the cob, without the hassle, and something you can take on the road!

To use: Use alone as a dry snack or add to veggie trail mixes. Or add dry corn during the last 5 or so minutes while cooking soups and stews that have sufficient broth. You can also use dry for a crunchy effect in salads, tacos, and, while serving, cooked rice and baked beans.
