This is a classic filter coffee – full-bodied, round, and easy to love. A well-balanced blend with smooth notes of nuts and chocolate, made for those who appreciate a dependable and timeless cup.

If we were more into roast levels we would probably call this medium-roast.

Behind every cup is coffee of the highest quality. All the coffee we buy is of Specialty Coffee grade, which means it scores at least 80 points on the international 100-point scale. Reaching that level requires care, knowledge, and genuine dedication at every step. Not all of our producers are formally certified, but all of them are committed to a sustainable coffee world and show deep respect for the land and the people who farm it. We prefer to buy more from fewer producers. That allows us to build long-term relationships with farmers who share our values. By consistently rewarding quality, we contribute to a better coffee industry – together. Meet some of our producer partners here.

Our filter blends follow a simple structure: one part comes from Central or South America – such as Guatemala, Nicaragua, Peru, or Honduras – where we’ve worked with several farms and cooperatives for many years. Another part comes from East Africa, often Burundi or Ethiopia, where we also have long-standing producer relationships.

The final part comes from Brazil – a country with a deep coffee tradition and great contrasts. In the Cerrado region, we work with Fazenda Pantano and Fazenda Dois Irmãos. Here, coffee is grown at high altitudes in well-drained soils and a stable climate, which enhances its naturally chocolatey character. We’ve worked with these farms for many years, and with natural methods and modern techniques, they produce coffee with high traceability, consistent quality, and a reliable flavour profile – coffee we can count on, year after year.

Finally, each coffee is blended and roasted in our roastery just south of Stockholm. Every blend has its own unique recipe and roast profile, so even as the origins shift throughout the year, the taste you love stays the same.
