Definite Chocolate Dark w/ Coconut & Ginger (Jalao)

This bar is inspired by jalao, a typical Dominican dessert made with coconut, honey, and ginger. There are many varieties of jalao, but our favorite is using coconut shavings, coconut sugar, and candied ginger.
